Will of Jacob Hoop Schneider
"I Jacob Schneider of the city of Neosho County of Newton and State of Missouri - being of
sound and disposing mind do make publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament.
First. I desire that out of my personal estate that my funeral expenses and all just debts be
paid. Second. That after the payment of my funeral expense and just debts as aforesaid. I will
and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary S. Schneider, all my property real and personal to have hold
and use the same during her natural life and at her death I desire that my estate remaining shall
be divided between my children - (if more than one equally) Provided should my said wife marry
after my death. That she shall only have the use and benefits of my said property - until the
youngest child born of our marriage shall have become of age - then divided equally with said
children. 3rd and Lastly. I do appoing my said wife Mary S. Schneider Executrix of this my last
will and testament and authorize her to take out letters Testmentary on my estate - without having
to give Bond - or security. In Testimony whereof I Jacob Schneider have hereunto set my hand and
seal and do declare the foregoing to be my last will-and testament in the presence of Barton J.
Morrow and W. G. Wills. Who sign the same as witnesses in my presence and at my request and in
the presence of each other - this the 20th day of June A.D. 1880. Jacob Snider (Seal)"

of our said Court hereto affixed, at the City of Carthage in said County of Jasper, this 10th day
