William Andrew Barmore, Born 1841 in Illinois. Served with company "E" 65 Illinois Inf. Vols (Union) Captured by Robert E. Lee at Harpers Ferry, Va and paroled Sept. 15, 1862
Moved to Jasper County before 1879, as he married Martha B. Reed in Feb 1879 in Joplin. Died in State of Washington in 1914
