City council meets tonight to start the new year right. Councilmen Hayden and Sinnard promise to turn over a new leaf and treat each other with more courtesy while other members are said to have agreed to pay more attention to parliamentary formalities during the new year. Some old hang-fire business remains on hand, which Mayor Tholborn and City Atty. Watson want to see cleaned up promptly. The dog vaccination proposal, and the matter of dairy inspection and milk certification remain to be considered.
