Rev. and Mrs. Harney are in Kansas City, called by illness.

Mrs. Lou Love of Galena, Kan., is conducting revival services at the Frisco mission on West Daugherty street, assisted by Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wall and Mrs. Martin of Baxter Springs.

Miss Margaret Ashcraft is home from a two months visit at Sedalia with her sister, Mrs. Fred Cater.

Mrs. A. K. Mills is home from a trip to Columbia, where she attended mothers week at the state university.

B. C. Wanglin is home from a two-weeks trip up into his old country, in St. Clair county, Ill., and spent a part of the time chumming around with his old pal, L. D. Hare, of East St. Louis-Belleville.

A. K. Mills sr. has arrived here from Boonville for a visit with his son, A. K. Mills.

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Gunsenhouser and daughters, Geraldine and Frances, and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Chandler of Coffeyville, Kan., were guests of Mrs. W. W. Holmes.

The Presbyterian Aid society will be entertained tomorrow afternoon at the Roney home by Mesdames T. J. Roney, Walter Martin, W. W. Wherry and M. Wilson and Miss Fannie Grigg.

John F. Martin of San Marcial, N.M., is visiting his mother, Mrs. S. P. Higgins of 1016 South Madison street.

Mrs. W. H. F. Moore of 715 West First street, entertained with a dinner in celebration of her husband's birthday. Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Carrel, Rev. A. K. Clarke and daughter, Miss Susan and Miss Ruth Orlene Carrel.

Mrs. H. C. Hien of Parsons, Kan., and Mrs. A. A. Howard of Kansas City will arrive Saturday to visit Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bair.

Karl Stillmiller of Amarillo, Tex., is here visiting his family before going to Boulder, Colo.

Mrs. Mary Bequette of St. Louis has returned home after visiting her daughter, Mrs. J. E. Minor, 213 South Liberty street.

Vincil and Burch Noel have returned home from Kansas City.
