BOULDER CAUSES FATAL INJURY TO WORKER AT MINE
Picher, Feb 6 -(special)-A severe head injury received early today while working underground resulted in the death of Roy Foster, 39 years old, machinist employed at the F.H. Nesbitt mine, at 11:30 a.m. Foster, who was struck by a falling boulder, died at Picher hospital. The victim had been a resident of Carl Junction. Shortly after the mishap he was removed to the hopistal in a Todd ambulance. Foster is survived by his wife, four daughters and two sons. Funeral services are incomplete.
